SACKNER assessments

Designed by Patrick Sackner for leaders and talents who want more than surface-level insights.

At SACKNER, we believe assessments should lead to reflection, growth, and performance—not just labels. That’s why all four of our assessments are custom-designed, based on leading research, real-world experience, and refined through years of practical application across business and sport.

These assessments are exclusively available to SACKNER clients and reflect a human, honest, and high-performance approach. They are not plug-and-play tools, but carefully crafted instruments that allow for nuance, contradiction, and depth—because real people are never one-dimensional.

How to Use the Scale

Each question uses a scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high). There are no wrong answers. Your responses should reflect how you actually feel or act, not how you wish you did. Be honest—otherwise, there’s little value in doing the test.

Human-Centered Interpretation

Unlike automated scoring systems, your results will be personally reviewed and interpreted by Patrick Sackner. While each assessment is grounded in leading models and research from top international providers, the feedback and conclusions are uniquely adapted to your context. This means:

  • Patterns and contradictions will be explored, not ignored.

  • Ambiguities are discussed, not dismissed.

  • You will get a dialogue, not just a number.
